To Interested Parties


You are invited to quote for the Provision of Cleaning and Maintenance Services at the Chancery.  The contract will be for one (1) year with an option to extend for one (1) year.


2              A set of quotation documents from Embassy will be given at a site briefing on Friday, 16 August 2019 at 11:00 AM (Manila Time).  Interested vendors should contact Ms Angelica De Leon at angelica_deleon@mfa.sg or Tel: 856-9922 to register for the briefing.  Any enquiries regarding the specifications can be clarified at the briefing.


3              This Invitation to Quote is opened from 14 August to 23 August 2019.  Quotations shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms Kathryn Koh.  The closing date for the invitation to quote is 23 August 2019 at 4.30 PM.


4              The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassys bulletin board.
