To Interested Parties

  You are invited to quote for the Provision of Catering Services for Two Dinner Events in August 2021.

2 A site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on Monday, 5 July 2021 at 10:00am (Manila Time). Interested bidders may contact Mr. Cedrick AriehsPedrano at Cedrick_Pedrano@mfa.sg or Tel: 8856 9922 loc. 114 to register for the briefing. 

3 The Invitation to Quote is opened from 1 July 2021 to 9 July 2021. Quotations shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Jessica Tan. The closing date for the Invitation to Quote is 9 July 2021 at 4:30pm.

4 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
