You are invited to quote for the Replacement of Multi-Purpose Hall Flooring at the Chancery.


2 An optional site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on Wednesday, 3 September 2025 at 10:00am (Manila Time). Interested bidders may contact Mr Cedrick Pedrano at Cedrick_Pedrano@mfa.sg; or Tel: 8856-9922 to register for the briefing by 2 September 2025, 4:00pm.


3 The Invitation to Quote is open from 1 September 2025, Monday, to 9 September 2025, Tuesday, at 4:30pm. Proposals can be submitted via email to Ms Tan Wing Da, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) at Tan_Wing_Da@mfa.gov.sg or by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms Tan Wing Da, before the closing date and time. A mandatory sample of the flooring must be submitted by 11 September 2025, Thursday, 4:30pm by hand to Ms Tan Wing Da.


4 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
