You are invited to submit a tender bid for the provision of Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Managing Agent Services at the Singapore Embassy and Official Residence.

2          Interested bidders may contact Mr. Cedrick Ariehs Pedrano at Cedrick_Pedrano@mfa.sg or Cedrick.pedrano.singemb@gmail.com Tel: 8856 9922 loc. 114 for a set of the tender documents. 

3          A mandatory site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on Thursday, 23 January 2025 at 2.30 pm (Manila Time). Interested vendors should similarly contact Mr. Cedrick Ariehs Pedrano to register for the briefing.

4         Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be clarified during the briefing or in writing and directed to Ms. Tan Wing Da (TAN_Wing_Da@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-992); or Mr. Roger Teo (Roger_Teo@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-992).

5          The opening period for this tender is from 13 January 2025 to 17 February 2025. The closing date for the Invitation to Tender is 17 February 2025 at 4:30 pm.  Late submissions may be disqualified.  All proposals are to be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Tan Wing Da. 

6          The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
