You are invited to submit a tender bid for the provision of Security Guard Services for Singapore Embassy and Official Residence.
2 Interested bidders may contact Mr. Cedrick Pedrano at Cedrick_Pedrano@mfa.sg or Tel: 8856 9922 loc. 114 for a set of the tender documents.
3 A mandatory site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on Friday, 14 June 2024 at 10:00am (Manila Time). Interested bidders may contact Mr. Cedrick Pedrano at Cedrick_pedrano@mfa.sg ; or Tel: 8856-9922 to register for the briefing by 13 June 2024, 12 noon.
4 Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be clarified during the briefing or in writing and directed to Ms. Tan Wing Da (TAN_Wing_Da@mfa.gov.sg Tel: 8856-992).
5 The opening period for this tender is from Monday, 3 June 2024 to Wednesday, 10 July 2024. The closing date for the Invitation to Tender is Wednesday, 10 July 2024 at 4:30pm. Late submissions may be disqualified. All proposals are to be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Tan Wing Da.
6 The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
