You are invited to quote for the Services for Audit of Authorised Visa Agents.
2 Interested bidders may contact Ms. Sheemy Vias at sheemy_q_vias@mfa.sg or Tel: 8856 9922 loc. 113 for a set of the quotation documents.
3 A mandatory site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on 12 April 2024 at 10:00 am (Manila Time). Interested vendors should similarly contact Ms. Sheemy Vias to register for the briefing.
4 Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be clarified during the briefing or in writing and directed to Ms. Tan Wing Da at TAN_Wing_Da@mfa.gov.sg; or Mr. Roger Teo at Roger_Teo@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-992.
5 This Invitation to Quote is opened from 11 to 23 April 2024. Quotations shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Tan Wing Da. The closing date for the Invitation to Quote is 23 April 2024 at 4:30pm.
6 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
