You are invited to quote for the Provision of Cleaning, Maintenance and Disinfection Services for the Chancery and Official Residence.

A site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on Wednesday, 9 August 2023 at 10:00am (Manila Time). Interested bidders may contact Mr. Cedrick Pedrano  at

The Invitation to Quote is opened from 7 August 2023, Monday, to 16 August 2023, Wednesday, at 4:30 PM. Quotations shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Tan Wing Da. The closing date for the Invitation to Quote is 16 August 2023 at 4:30pm.

The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
