To Interested Parties

            You are invited to quote for the Preventive Maintenance of Air Conditioning System at the Singapore Embassy and Ambassador’s Residence.

2          A set of quotation documents from the Embassy will be given at a site briefing on Monday, 14 September 2020 at 10:00am (Manila Time).  Interested vendors should contact Mr. Cedrick AriehsPedrano at Cedrick_Pedrano@mfa.sg or Tel: 8856 9922 to register for the briefing.  Any enquiries regarding the specifications can be clarified at the briefing.

3          This Invitation to Quote is opened from 10 September 2020 to 18 September 2020.  Quotations shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Jessica Tan.  The closing date for the Invitation to Quote is 18 September 2020 at 4:30pm.

4          The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
