To Interested Parties

            You are invited to quote for Preventive Maintenance of Power Generators in the Chancery and the Official Residence and Replacement of Automatic Transfer Switch.

2              An optional site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on Monday, 11 December 2023 at 10:00am (Manila Time).  Interested vendors should similarly contact Mr. Cedrick Ariehs Pedrano to register for the briefing.

3              Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be clarified during the briefing or in writing and directed to Ms. Tan Wing Da (TAN_Wing_Da@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-9922).

4              The opening period for this quotation is from 5 December 2023 to 18 December 2023.  The closing date for the Invitation to Quote is 18 December 2023 at 4:30pm. All proposals are to be        submitted via email to Ms. Tan Wing Da, Second Secretary (Admin & Consular) at TAN_Wing_Da@mfa.gov.sg before the Closing Date and Time.

5              The quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
