You are invited to quote for the Provision of a Group Health Insurance Plan for the Locally – Recruited Staff of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore . The contract will be for one (1) year.
2 Interested vendors may obtain a set of the quotation documents from the Embassy via email, please contact Ms Armina Ortiz at (02) 856 9922.
3 This Invitation to Quote is opened from 15 August to 27 August 2019. Quotations shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms Kathryn Koh. The closing date for the invitation to quote is 27 August 2019 at 4.00 PM.
4 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
