You are invited to quote for the Services for Audit of Authorised Visa Agents.
2 This Invitation to Quote is opened from 16 February 2022 to 28 February 2022. Quotations shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Jessica Tan. The closing date for the Invitation to Quote is 28 February 2022 at 4:30pm.
3 A non-mandatory site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on 21 February 2022 at 10:00am (Manila Time). Interested vendors may contact Ms. Sheemy Vias at sheemy_q_vias@mfa.sg or Tel: 8856 9922 loc. 113 to register for the briefing by Friday, 18 February 2022.
4 Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be clarified during the briefing or in writing and directed to Ms. Jessica Tan (Jessica_TAN@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-992); or Mr. Michael Yip (Michael_YIP@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-992).
5 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
