You are invited to submit a proposal to quote for the Provision of Cleaning, Maintenance and Disinfection Services for the Chancery and Official Residence.


2              A site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on Wednesday, 26 August 2021 at 10:00am (Manila Time).  Interested bidders may contact Mr. Cedrick Pedrano  at Cedrick.pedrano.singemb@gmail.com; or Ms. Armina Ortiz at Armina_Ortiz@mfa.sg or Tel: 8856-9922 to register for the briefing by 25 August 2021, 12 noon.


3              The Invitation to Quote is opened from 23 August 2021 to 1 September 2021.  Quotations shall be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Jessica Tan.  The closing date for the Invitation to Quote is 1 September 2021 at 4:30pm.


4              The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
