You are invited to submit a tender bid for the provision of Managing Agent Services for the Singapore Embassy and Official Residence.

3 A mandatory site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on Wednesday, 16 February 2022, 10:00am (Manila Time). Interested vendors should similarly contact Mr. Cedrick Ariehs Pedrano to register for the briefing.
4 Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be clarified during the briefing or in writing and directed to Ms. Jessica Tan (Jessica_TAN@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-9922); or Mr. Michael Yip (Michael_YIP@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-9922).
5 The opening period for this tender is from 27 January 2022 to 2 March 2022. The closing date for the Invitation to Tender is 2 March 2022 at 4:30pm. Late submissions may be disqualified. All proposals are to be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Jessica Tan.
6 The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
