You are invited to submit a tender for the Repair of the Fire Protection Pipe System in the Singapore Embassy.
2 Interested bidders may contact Mr. Cedrick Ariehs Pedrano at Cedrick_Pedrano@mfa.sg or Tel: 8856 9922 loc. 114 for a set of the tender documents.
3 A mandatory site briefing will be conducted at the Embassy on Monday, 27 June 2022 at 10:00am (Manila Time). Interested vendors should similarly contact Mr. Cedrick Ariehs Pedrano to register for the briefing.
4 Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be clarified during the briefing or in writing and directed to Ms. Jessica Tan (Jessica_TAN@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-9922); or Mr. Michael Yip (Michael_YIP@mfa.gov.sg or Tel: 8856-9922).
5 The opening period for this tender is from 6 June 2022 to 11 July 2022. The closing date for the Invitation to Tender is 11 July 2022 at 4:30pm. Late submissions may be disqualified. All proposals are to be submitted to the Singapore Embassy in Manila by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms. Jessica Tan.
6 The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
