The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to quote for the Multi-Purpose Hall Roof Deck Waterproofing Works.

2 A mandatory site briefing will be held at the Embassy on 23 January 2026, 10.00am, and 26 January 2026, 10.00am (Manila Time). Interested bidders may contact Mr. Cedrick Pedrano at Cedrick_pedrano@mfa.sg or Tel: 8856-9922 to register for the briefing by 22 January 2026, 12 noon.

3 All quotations shall be submitted through email to Charmaine_YEOW@mfa.gov.sg. Please note that only quotations received by email and via the prescribed ANNEX - C will be accepted.

4 Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.

5 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Embassy's bulletin board.
