1.                  The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to quote for the Provision of Audit Services of Authorised Visa Agents.

 

2.                  The opening period of this ITQ is from 20 April 2026, Monday to 4 May 2026, Friday at 4:30 PM.  An optional site briefing will be conducted on 22 April 2026 at 2:30 PM.   Interested vendors should contact Mr. Cedrick Ariehs Pedrano at Cedrick_Pedrano@mfa.sg or Tel: 8856-9922 to register for the briefing.

 

3.                  All quotations shall be submitted through email to Charmaine_YEOW@mfa.gov.sg. Please note that only quotations received by email and via the prescribed ANNEX - C will be accepted.

 

4.                  Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.

 

5.                  The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Embassy's bulletin board.
