The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore invites interested companies to quote for the Wall Repainting Works at the Chancery.
2 A mandatory site briefing will be held at the Embassy on Thursday, 22 January 2026 at 10:00am (Manila Time). Interested bidders may contact Mr. Cedrick Pedrano at Cedrick_pedrano@mfa.sg; or Tel: 8856-9922 to register for the briefing by 20 January 2026, 12 noon.
3 All quotations shall be submitted using a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. Roger Teo and/or through email to Roger_Teo@mfa.gov.sg. Please note that only quotations received by hand/email and via the prescribed ANNEX - C will be accepted. All other methods of submission will be disqualified. The closing date is 26 January 2026 at 4:30 PM local time. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
4 Please note that the Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.
5 The quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
